Change Group // INTEREST MEETING

We all have unhealthy thought patterns that can lead to unhealthy behaviors. Not all self destructive behaviors or addictions involve substance abuse. Anger, isolation, eating disorders or resentment are also addictions. Join us on either March 16th or March 23rd in the workshop room for our Change Group interest meeting to learn more about the upcoming class. You must attend one of the two interest meetings to be considered for placement in a change Group class. This class is open to men and women, See you there!
