Where it all began...

Get Wrapped Church was born in 2013 when eight passionate people gathered for a bible study. Our purpose became a call to action to make Christ known by the way we love everywhere we go.  Through the years we have witnessed incarcerated minds set free, broken hearts restored, and families reconciled to one another.  Get Wrapped Church’s active involvement in the community is positively impacting individuals and families.

Every year we host a free community event, Love Fest, for thousands of individuals and families across the greater Houston and surrounding areas. Over the years we have touched the lives of 10,000 plus people.  We believe that God has called us to be difference makers, so we must mobilize the church body and invade our communities with the hope, the resources, and the connections people so desperately need.  Through this outreach effort we continue to fulfill our God-given mission of making Christ known by the way we love everywhere we go.

OUR MISSION IS CLEAR

Your partnership and financial contributions have an immense impact on the Greater Houston area. Through your generous donations, we are able to provide thousands of dollars in bill pay assistance, purchase hundreds of bikes and toys for families and children, and offer essential food, activities, and access to educational organizations. Your giving helps individuals in need recover, find support, and connect with the body of Christ, empowering them to reach their full potential and fulfill their God-given purpose. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our community members.

So, we invite you to continue supporting our cause. Your ongoing partnership will ensure that we can touch more lives, spread more love, and bring lasting change to those who need it the most. Thank you for your unwavering commitment and the difference you are making in the lives of countless individuals. Together, we can make an even greater impact and create a brighter future for our community.

We'd love to have you on board as a volunteer! Your kindness and time can make a remarkable impact.

Prison Ministry is at the core of our mission. To see the incarcerated set free, physically and mentally, is our goal. We train and equip people to serve at six prisons in Texas, including five men's units and one women's medical unit. These facilities range from pre-release to maximum security

Texas has one of the largest prison populations in the nation. In the Lone Star state there are approximately 142,000 people serving time in the prison system. Through ongoing community involvement and education, we can help bring these numbers down together. Because of you, these men and women's lives are being transformed with unconditional love and truth.

In 2016, Pastors Juan and Ruthy Martinez hosted their first Love Wins marriage conference. This event provides couples with an environment where they can learn, grow, and heal. As a result, many marriages have been restored, lives have been changed, and families have been reunited. Because of the successful transformation that have taken place in relationships, Love wins attracts people from across the United States, even as far as Alaska.

We kick-off each Love Wins Conference with an unforgettable Prom Night which includes entertainment, giveaways, a special guest speaker and a three course dinner. Prom wouldn't be complete without a Prom King & Queen! Once they are crowned, the dancing and fun begin, and the evening ends at midnight. Day two is full of worship, teaching, panel discussions and breakout groups.
